Refund Policy
CGA Manitoba Events, Seminars, and Luncheons
If your plans change and you are unable to attend, you have three options:
- You are eligible for a full refund if you notify CGA Manitoba more than two weeks in advance of the session.
- You may transfer your registration to another similarly priced seminar (or pay the difference) if you notify CGA Manitoba more than one week in advance of the session. The credit on account will be valid until the end of the current CPD year, and is only valid for CPD seminars and events. (Note: CPD years run from July 1st to June 30th.)
- You may send an alternate individual to the session if you notify the Association at any time up to two days before the session. If not, then there is no refund or credit on account.
Note: CGA Manitoba reserves the right to cancel seminars and events due to insufficient registration.
CGA National In-Depth Courses (Example: The Essentials of Controllership)
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 21 days prior to the course start date and is subject to a processing fee of $40. Refunds for cancellation will be given provided CGA Manitoba receives written notice. The registration fee will be forfeited for cancellation within 21 days of the course start date.
