CGA is committed to supporting the Canadian education and training of Internationally Educated Professionals. Through our programs outlined below, individuals who have immigrated to Manitoba can take advantage of the CGA Program of Professional Studies to bridge their education and to obtain relevant skills that Canadian employers are looking for.
CGA-Canada’s self-assessment tool for internationally educated accounting professionals is now available. By clicking on the link – http://www.accountantstocanada.org you are able to obtain an unofficial assessment of your international credentials for potential course transfer credits into the CGA Program of Professional Studies.
In order to have an official transfer credit evaluation performed by the CGA-Manitoba office, you are required to complete and submit our Application for Advanced Standing , International Transcripts, along with the required documentation outlined on the application form.

CGA Program of Professional Studies
Program Start dates & deadlines: New students may enroll in the CGA Program in any of the four academic sessions (details are provided in the CGA Program Guide).
CGA’s mainstream professional program will offer you a distinctive edge, opening doors to unlimited career opportunities. Enrolling in the CGA Program will provide you with the tools to succeed, no matter where in the business world you take your career. As a CGA student, you will demonstrate to employers that you have specialized knowledge and skills, as well as the dedication, vision, and ethical integrity to be an outstanding leader. Individuals who are Internationally Educated Professionals should apply for Advanced Standing to determine their standing in the CGA Program.
